In 2014, Ing. Ian Busuttil opened his own practice providing electrical engineering services. As a self-employed engineer, the request for services and supplies increased exponentially. Following this demand, Ing. Ian Busuttil founded BCESERV Ltd. in 2018.
He has designed, tested, and commissioned various solar plants in Malta varying from small systems to systems of up to several MWp. He has also consulted electrical projects for hotels, marinas, industrial factories, and electrical infrastructures for PV farms. In addition, he also assisted in substation construction.

Our expertise focuses on the supply and installations of lightning protection systems, switchgears, back-up systems, energy-saving systems, photovoltaic plants, and EV chargers. BCESERV LTD. also focuses on testing and certification, troubleshooting and repairs as well as maintenance by a team of qualified technicians and engineers.
