Renewable Energy Analysis and Integration

At Bceserv we offer the service of analyzing sites to identify whether there is the potential for a photovoltaic installation. We will first and foremost make an evaluation of the areas available followed by an evaluation of the size of the PV plant. After, we will do an evaluation on the ideal type of installation and analyse whether there will be any losses in the performance of the installation.  

We will then issue preliminary designs that shall be required by the architects to prepare structural drawings and evaluate a financial budget for the complete project with architects. Finally, we will draft a feasibility report to assess the project’s potential.

Electrical Installation Testing and certification - ESR, Network code BS7671

It is always best practice to perform testing and certification after an electrical installation has been made. An electrical installation certificate is required whenever a new installation is made, when circuits are amended, when a distribution board is replaced or upgraded, or when a circuit is altered and the protective device required changing.

LPS Testing and Certification

A Lightning Protection System is an important part of maintaining a safe and secure building.  When an LPS is in good working order, it will help to prevent electrical surges and hypertension, keeping your infrastructure safe.

At Bceserv we do not just install Lightning protection systems but we also give great importance to the testing of these protection systems. In order for us to do this, we offer the below testing and certifications to ensure that the LPS system is up to safety standards and is ultimately fit for purpose;-

Photovoltaic Testing and Certification

Through our photovoltaic module testing and certification services, we will identify potential improvements in your generation process which will enable you to increase production quality and safety. One way of testing a photovoltaic system is through visual inspection. Through this, identifiable faults such as loose junction boxes, faulty cables, deformed frames, cell inclusions and breakages or visible hotspots are detected.

Engineer technical reports

Through our technical reports, Bceserv will clearly communicate a solution to a problem, recommend action and/or help in decision making. One type of technical report that we can prepare is post-damage analysis. With this report, we will be collecting and analyzing data to determine the cause of a failure, often with the goal of determining corrective action or even liability- for insurance purposes. We also do technical reports in case of failure of electrical switchgears; amongst others.

Formal reporting

At Bceserv we issue official reports that contain detailed information, research, and data necessary for decision making. We pride ourselves in providing precise, concise and specific research results to meet the intended needs.
